The sale and removal of City-owned 1995 Silvercrest and 1993 Redman manufactured homes located at 1492 Telegraph Road, Bellingham, WA. The successful bidder shall be licensed with the City, County, and State of Washington to move buildings or shall retain the services of a properly licensed contractor. Bidders are encouraged to contact a reputable home moving contractor for further information prior to submitting a bid. Buyer is responsible for all preparation related to the removal of the home from the property, including, but not limited to all permits, certificates, fees, and taxes, as well as preparing homes for moving and any additional requirements of the moving contractor. Required licensing must be approved by the City’s project manager prior to commencement of work. The bidder shall provide written documentation within 14 calendar days after the award of bid showing all required permits have been applied for and all written contracts for services associated with this project have been secured.
