Performance Measures: DSHS shall measure successful performance of vendor based upon tax form updates, telephone & email support, on-line support knowledge system. 9. DSHS payment for maintenance renewal is made on good faith of the vendors successful performance of deliverables stated above. If vendor does not successfully provide maintenance support under this purchase order DSHS shall initiate a dispute claim with the vendor to request partial or full refund of the payment.
