ECOLOGY is seeking the following support for work associated with a programmatic environmental impact statement (PEIS) for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production pathway facilities, including blending and distribution infrastructure: Technical expertise with SAF production pathway facilities. Technical expertise in environmental impact statement (EIS) preparation, particularly under Washington’s State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). Meeting facilitation and coordination services. Communications. Logistical and project management. Through this contract, the vendor will help ECOLOGY develop a thorough, neutral, factual, and defensible PEIS to provide information on the probable significant environmental impacts of SAF production pathway facilities and potential mitigation measures.
