All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Procure a cellular data service provider that: Supports current and potential future LTE technology or other 4G/5G wireless broadband technology Has capacity to evolve with new technologies at minimal to no cost without losing backwards compatibility Has strong service available in all of the greater Seattle metropolitan area Provides near-unlimited to unlimited data Will work with the Library to manage data usage and limits, including immediate disabling and reenabling of data service as needed, with the goal of providing seamless service to Library patrons; Mandatory Technical Requirements; The data service must be able to support at least 1,400 hotspot lines with atminimum LTE/4G speed; The data service must comply with Library patron privacy policies, and must not track the history of sites visited by any patron connected to a Library hotspot; The data service must allow the Library to directly disable and enable service to hotspots without limit to ensure that hotspots are returned soon after their due date, and that hotspots checked out by patrons will work
