Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide parking management services at the Central Library location in downtown Seattle. The services provided by the Operator will include, but are not limited to, the services described below: • Day-to-day garage operations for either staffed, semi-automated or fully automated services. • Customer service. • Contracting for various services and administration of: security services for both semi and fully automated services and the following other services that include but are not limited to, parking equipment maintenance, signage, painting, lighting (re-lamping) and garage cleaning such as sweeping, degreasing, removing snow, water or debris from the facility. • Financial management, operation analysis and reporting. • Market surveys and parking rate recommendations.
