The project provides for the retrofit of two existing sewer lift stations, North Lift Station (2 Fallon Dr.) and Gateway Lift Station (400 S. 35th Ave) with two new variable speed pumps and on-site generator power at each lift station location. Work will include removing existing lift station wet well pumping components, sensors, piping and pipe fittings, removing electrical panel components, installing City-provided pumps, pump components, floats, piping, pipe fittings, level sensors, electrical panel components, conducting bypass pumping, supplying installing new site secure fencing, on-site backup generator power and ATS at each lift station location, retaining wall, traffic barrier, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
