This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide ISO 17025 Accredited Calibration for 10 Rotalign Laser Tools. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is requesting quotes for a commercial services contract with performance to take place at Naval Station Puget Sound and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF), Bremerton, WA to provide ISO 17025 Accredited Calibration for 10 Rotalign Laser Tools.
Details of the requirement are listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This requirement is being competed under Small business Set-aside. The Government intends to award a 3 month contract for commercial services using firm fixed priced.
The estimated period of performance (POP) will be 1/28/2026 – 3/28/2026.
The Contractor is required to complete all attachments and submit them with their quote, per FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Addendum).
Required documents shall be submitted by 1/16/2026 at 11:00 am PST.
Questions are due by 1/14/2026 at 9:00 am PST.
