The selected contractor will provide design, materials, and installation for the cattle pen area per the following requirements: 1. Design Area o The design must encompass the area within the gray boundary lines, just inside the red markings indicated on the attached site plan – Attachment A. 2. Roping Boxes o The proposal must include all panels and gates that make up the roping boxes shown on Attachment A. 3. Existing Structural Considerations o The design must account for and be compatible with all existing concrete walls and stadia foundations shown on Attachment A in black. 4. Timed Event Staging Area Access o The timed event staging area shall remain open; however, the design must include a gate and panel system to provide access from the track (which runs outside the red-marked area in a curved formation).
