Specifications include, but are not limited to: o provide a Residential Search Tool Locator for the Aging and Long-Term Services Administration (ALTSA). The tool will match individuals in need of long-term care with potential Adult Family Home (AFH) and Assisted Living Facility (ALF) providers who can meet those needs and have vacancies available. The aim of the search tool is to enable case management staff to efficiently find a qualified residential provider who can meet the client’s care needs. Bidder shall identify the key personnel it shall utilize in performing this Contract, and their experience and qualifications, as part of its Response. If awarded a Contract, Bidder shall not make changes to such Key Personnel during the term of the Contract except as requested or approved by DSHS.
