The Town of Harrah invites Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in being placed on the Town's "Engineering Consultant Roster" for professional municipal engineering and land surveying services during the 2026, 2027, and 2028 calendar years. The Town may select a consulting engineering firm (or firms) for various municipal engineering services for water, sewer, drainage, and street projects, comprehensive plans, municipal planning, traffic studies, capital facilities plans, rate studies, technical reports, cost estimates, environmental reviews, funding applications, surveys, plans, specifications, services during construction and funding administration. Design, plans, specifications, and services during construction for street and utility improvements may include those funded by TIB, STBG, TAP, CMAQ, WSDOT SRTS and Ped/Bike, BRAC, USDA, CERB, CDBG, DWSRF, PWB, SRF/Centennial Clean Water, Ecology, SIED, LID, and federal stimulus funds.
