Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. General a. Evaluations. The service provider shall evaluate and assess each participant accepted into Benton County Mental Health Court, Veterans Court, and Recovery Court for appropriate services to support their needs; including but not limited to mental health treatment, cooccurring substance use treatment, medication management, etc. b. Case Management. The service provider will be responsible for providing case management services to each participant from the time of the participant’s acceptance into the Therapeutic Courts program until the participant’s graduation or termination from the program. Case management services will include: i. Development of an individual treatment plan or equivalent prevention and wellness plan based on each participant’s needs and the participant’s articulated personal goals and objectives, and review and updates of said plan at regular intervals; ii. Monitor each participant’s medication compliance to ensure that the participant is taking their mental health medication as prescribed; iii. Medical assessment of each participant and referral to medical, dental, psychiatric, and/or community-based services as needed;
