Specifications include, but are not limited to: Grays Harbor County Superior Court has issued a Request for Proposals for the delivery of mental health services in connection with Grays Harbor Therapeutic Courts. The solicitation seeks a Washington State licensed behavioral health agency, or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in an agency setting or private practice to partner with Grays Harbor Superior Court to provide diagnosis and treatment of mental illness in a population of individuals (age 18+) participating in the Therapeutic Court. Qualified applicants must provide a proposal and budget detailing how their agency will deliver services in the available program areas: • Coordinated Mental Health treatment for the Grays Harbor County Therapeutic Court Programs including the Adult Felony Drug Court, Family Recovery Court and incoming Mental Health Court. Services must be fully coordinated with Grays Harbor County Therapeutic Court staff and management. Services delivered will be a component of an evidence-based approach to addressing mental illness in justice-involved populations. The successful bidder will demonstrate capacity to serve Therapeutic Court participants and to collaborate on a regular basis with staff.
