It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a design/build contract which will result in completed facilities of commercial quality and that will operate efficiently and without unreasonable architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical failure or deficiency throughout the expected life of the facilities.  The selected Contractor’s design and construction must meet this intent.

NAVBASE Kitsap, 120 S. Dewey St, Silverdale, WA 98315

1. 1. Project Magnitude: The magnitude for the NAVSTA Everett project is $1,800,000 to $2,260,000.00.

Project Magnitude: The magnitude for the NAVBASE KITSAP project is $3,800,000 to $4,220,000.00.

Proposals over this amount may be considered unacceptable.
