The professional service required under this request for proposal is a relocation review for the proposed parcels to be acquired for the Bessemer Avenue Extension Phase II project from west of East 87TH Street to East 88TH Street, East 88TH Street from north of Bessemer Avenue to Union Avenue and the relocation and extension of East 88TH Street from Union Avenue to Aetna Road. The scope of services includes reviewing the work performed by the person who is actively carrying out the relocation assistance function. This review is to assure that all relocation is performed in compliance with 49 CFR, Part 24 and ODOT and FHWA policies and procedures. It is anticipated that there will be a maximum of three (3) residential and one (1) commercial relocations necessary for this project.
