The City is seeking proposals from consultants to conduct a feasibility study for a multi-generational indoor recreation center/fieldhouse. The study will include a needs assessment with stakeholder interviews, site options analysis, and a financial feasibility analysis identifying projected income from user fees, operating and other related costs, and strategies for the City to fund construction and ongoing expenses.
