Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provides formal instruction for operators using RoIP software and for technical oversight of the RoIP network. b. Uses detailed knowledge of Radio over Internet Protocol (RoIP) specific to engineering adaptations to complex government information architectures with demonstrated capability to deliver the following: Engineering and constructing form factor RoIP radio boxes that include the following components: UPS battery backups, DCB 3302 or 6602, failover Cradlepoint Routers, TELEX IP223 or IP224 radio controllers with customer provided Kenwood and/or ICOM mobile transceivers - installs and integrates these devices into the RoIP system to facilitate network expansion. Installs dispatching center hardware: ADHB4, RHB7, Plantronics dispatching headsets, IP-2002 two-line radio handsets. Integrates LMR/LTE broadband technologies (First Net) and engineers connectivity via the TELEX C-Soft dispatching console. Integrates encrypted IP camera systems to facilitate live feeds and streaming video capabilities into dispatch center consoles and remote monitoring devices (laptops, tablets, and mobile phones).
