Specifications include, but are not limited to: C-TRAN seeks a construction management firm familiar with roadway construction to ensure a cost-effective and timely completion of this project. While collaborating with other project participants, the Construction Manager will apply their expertise to all aspects of the project to provide significant value to C-TRAN. The responsibilities of the Construction Manager will include, but are not limited to, analyzing the construction package prior to advertisement, providing direct construction oversight, monitoring quality control and safety, and other functions related to the successful completion of the BRT project. The Consultant shall appoint a Project Construction Manager (PCM) who will serve as Resident Engineer to lead the consultant team. The PCM will serve as direct liaison with the C-TRAN BRT Project Manager. The PCM will be responsible for the overall management of the Scope of Work performed by the Consultant and its subconsultants. In addition, the PCM may be asked to represent C-TRAN interests with outside agencies or entities related to the C-TRAN project. The PCM is identified as a Key Personnel position.
