The project consists of a new educational facility and all associated onsite improvements including parking and utilities. This project is planned to be a net zero ready facility upon completion. The construction budget is approximately $60 million. Design development drawings are ongoing and 100% CD’s will continue to be developed with the input of the selected GC/CM. Construction is currently anticipated between June 2027 to August 2028. The GC/CM shall provide high-quality services including scheduling, phasing logistics, collaboration with the design consultants, direct construction best-practices, organize design investigative work and provide assistance in the selection of materials and building systems, and solicit and manage subcontractor bid packages and supplier bidding, including tracking of disadvantaged business enterprise ownership and labor metrics. The GC/CM shall provide high-quality construction services to safely deliver a superior project that comprises the full scope of program needs set by BPS that is on time and within budget.
