1. A licensed and bonded architect to review NEWABH's scope of work, submit a budget for architectural services, and reach an understanding of NEWABH's project requirements. 2. The architect will develop a design which shall be set forth in drawing and other documents appropriate or the project. 3. Upon NEWABH approval of the design, the Architect will prepare Construction Documents indicating requirements for construction of the project and shall coordinate its services with any consulting services NEWABH requires. 4. The architect shall assist NEWABH in filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities (including but not limited to the City of Colville and the Washington State Department of Health Construction Revie Services, in obtaining bids or proposals and in awarding contracts for construction.
