Specifications include, but are not limited to: As the regional public transportation agency for Clark County, Washington, C-TRAN wishes to provide a safe, secure environment in and around its transit facilities for patrons and employees. C-TRAN is requesting interested and qualified security service providers to submit proposals for comprehensive, mobile-based security coverage throughout the C-TRAN service area. C-TRAN maintains a network of routes, Transit Centers and Park and Ride facilities where passengers may park, congregate, and transfer between buses to complete a trip. As a part of this Contract, Fare Compliance Officers will be assigned to monitor fare payment on The Vine Bus Rapid Transit operating along Fourth Plain Boulavard. between Downtown Vancouver and the Vancouver Mall as well as the Mill Plain corridor from approximately Mill Plain Boulavard and 184th Avenue to Downtown Vancouver.
