Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Washington Office of Financial Management (OFM) is procuring an automated testing solution and service to support our Washington State Enterprise, Workday implementation, Phase 1A. The OFM intends to contract, as an outcome of this RFP, an automated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) testing tool and consulting services for the automated testing tool implementation and support. The One Washington Program, led by the Office of Financial Management, is an enterprise-wide transformation project focused on replacing 1960s-era legacy technology with Workday cloud-based, software as a service, solution for finance, procurement, budget, HR, and payroll processes as a shared solution for 100+ Washington State Agencies. OFM has contracted a System Integrator. This RFP does not include system integration services.
