Mowing, Weeding, and Trimming • Clippings from lawn and plant beds shall be collected and removed fromsite. Mulch mowing is not acceptable. Include all dump fees in the bid. • Trimming around trees will be performed using hand labor ormonofilament line trim as needed. Trees to be protected when monofilament line is used. Insect Control • Spray wasp nests, as requested, if problematic on site. Pruning • Pruning (as needed) to keep walks clear and buildings safe, as requested (up to 8 hours per year) • All pruned material to be collected and removed fromsite. Include all dump fees in the bid. Area Cleanup • Remove and dispose of all trash prior to mowing (paper, empty containers, etc.) • All outside concrete surfaces shall be air blown after each visit. • Remove leaves and other debris from building gutters once a year. • Pressure wash sidewalks to remove moss and increase safety once a year.
