Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be performed consists of furnishing and delivering a blend of agriculturally based product and magnesium chloride liquid solution to INDOT locations throughout Indiana for use in "deicing" and "anti-icing" winter maintenance operations. This solution shall be marketed by the manufacturer for such purposes and shall include a high quality corrosion inhibitor meeting the latest industry performance standards. Total manufacture of product (including corrosion inhibitors) must be accomplished at company manufacturing plant location. Post adding of corrosion inhibitors or splash mixing is not acceptable. In addition to the listed specifications, the supply of a blend of agriculturally based product and magnesium chloride solution shall be in accordance with the Special Provisions and any applicable federal and state laws and regulations in effect on the date of bid opening. II.
