The selected vendor(s) will be required to provide comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the City of Seattle’s Marine Units, which may include but are not limited to the following tasks: Routine Maintenance Services • Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure operational readiness, including hull, engine, electrical systems, propeller, and other mechanical systems. • Replace worn or damaged parts as necessary, including batteries, fuel lines, steering mechanisms, and pumps. • Conduct scheduled servicing of all Vessels in accordance with manufacturer specifications or applicable regulatory standards. Repair Services • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues that affect the functionality and safety of the Vessels. • Perform repairs on engine systems, including outboard, inboard, and stern-drive motors, as well as related components. • Address damage to hulls, decks, and other structural components of the Vessels, including fiberglass repair and welding services. • Provide repairs for propulsion systems, navigational equipment, onboard electrical systems, and other critical systems.
