Specifications include, but are not limited to: Management of daily building operations including janitorial services, recycling and trash removal, pest control, sidewalk snow shoveling/de-icing Litter removal from Civic Campus grounds, including parking garage Physical plant maintenance and operations including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, DDC controls, security/access controls, fire sprinkler and alarm, elevators Planned and preventative maintenance of all systems and equipment Capital improvements program Hazardous materials management Emergency operations Contractor employment and oversight for all contractor activities Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Ongoing performance testing to ensure that building equipment and systems perform to design standards and provide good environmental quality Personnel training Purchasing activities Accounting and financial reporting
