The Consultant may provide architectural and multidisciplinary engineering services, which may include but are not limited to condition assessment, non-destructive testing, and system inspection services for transit facilities and infrastructure that require NTD reporting. Services may include, but are not limited to: 1. Review and refine the Level 1 Condition Assessment (L1CA) Guidance. 2. Use and modify the Condition Assessment Database (Database) or other County approved data management system to store, track, and analyze the condition assessment information. 3. Produce an annual L1CA report for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) reporting that summarizes current condition assessments. 4. Provide condition assessment summaries at facility, system, or individual asset level. 5. Document non-conformities impacting facilities, systems, or individual assets. 6. Develop budgetary requirements for a sustained State of Good Repair asset management program, reporting on individual facility or infrastructure, and integrating the condition assessment data with the County’s existing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. The Consultant may be required to perform condition assessments within facilities and infrastructure ranging from 500 sq. ft - 110,000 sq. ft. annually.
