Police Department - Develop a Site Master Plan for a new police headquarters - Complete a new evidence storage facility on the new headquarters site per the completed Site Master Plan - Renovate the existing Justice Center, including renovations to the existing evidence storage facility Parks, Arts, & Recreation Department Maintenance & Operations - Expand crew space and renovate the Game Farm Park M&O facilities - Renovate the GSA Park M&O facilities - Complete satellite M&O facilities for better service coverage Public Works Maintenance & Operations - Enclose existing covered vehicle storage bays - Complete a new crew building with replacement parking - Develop an access route to 15th Street SW - Renovate the existing M&O building to optimize central stores warehousing and crew needs - Complete covered parking for high-value fleet equipment Other Projects: - Auburn Avenue Theater Re-Build Project - Auburn Community Resource Center (ACRC) Improvements - Other facility design and/or construction projects as needed
