EWU is looking for a complete and comprehensive PMIS that will manage current and future facilities construction projects while integrating with all related systems needed to perform the required functionality. EWU seeks a Commercial-off-the-shelf SaaS solution, inclusive of all services and support needed to achieve the outcomes and functions described in this RFP. a. Proposal Requirements • Proposals under this RFP shall include SaaS solutions, which will be entirely hosted by the Proposer. The solution must be developed by, implemented by, maintained by, and supported by the same single vendor. • The selected vendor will provide a fully functional system SaaS solution and train the university-designated team of users. • Personal services needed to plan, configure, and implement the system. • All upgrades will be included in annual maintenance. • EWU has ownership of all data. Upon termination of contract, EWU will receive all data, tab delimited, with a data dictionary. b. Goals • Increase use of the PMIS through a consistent interface and mobile support. • Improve data capture and integrity. • Increase and capture communication between department and consultants/contractors. • Improve integration as compared to the existing PMIS with other university systems to reduce redundancy and improve functionality. c. Demo Systems • Finalists will be required to provide EWU with access to a functioning time limited demonstration system at no cost. EWU’s Information Technology Standards Contractor is required to have the ability to comply with EWU’s Information Technology Standards: 1. EWU’s Accessible Technology Requirements (Exhibit D) defines the minimum level of accessibility compliance that Proposer must meet in order to be considered for use by EWU. 2. The Apparent Successful Vendor will be required to complete the Accessible Technology Requirement exhibit and Higher Education Cloud Vendor Assessment Tool (HECVAT) (Exhibit E) for review by EWU prior to completion of a Contract. If the Apparent Successful Vendor’s responses to the Accessible Technology Requirements and HECVAT are not adequate, EWU reserves the right to cancel and reissue the award. 3. Proposer must meet EWU’s data sharing agreement standards. These standards are included in Exhibit F
