Specifications include, but are not limited to: EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES The number of participants and the duration of the conference/trade shows will vary for each event. Dates and locations vary throughout the state in both Western and Eastern Washington. The service categories for each event will depend upon the budget and event scope. All service categories may not be required for each event. For pricing purposes, event management services have been broken down into three (3) components: 1. Pass through costs 2. Hourly rate for in-office services 3. Hourly rate for on-site services 1.4.1 Pass through cost activities (Management Fee Minimum + Price per person) 1. Food and beverage coordination and any needed coordination with the registration activity to address dietary limitations of attendees. 2. Electrical support, AV support (include options for rented laptop computers and projectors and screens to enable power point presentations). 3. Graphic design tools, creative services and graphic design 4. On-site & on-line registration tool, pre/post event surveys, post event reporting and ROI analysis
