Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Pierce County Juvenile Court intends to contract with Amara to serve as a community coordinator in support of the Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP), based on a Sole Source procurement exemption. The contract is expected to have a term of 12 months and a total cost of $86,434.00. The contract will be a subaward passing through federal funds to implement the ITCP. The subaward will be subject to the requirements of Chapter 2.30 RCW, which authorizes and regulates early childhood court programs. The statute requires minimum training and qualifications of community coordinators, including, but not limited to: 1. Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion 2. Training in diversity, equity and inclusion 3. Ability to facilitate real-time information sharing and collaboration among cross-sector professionals participating in the early childhood court program; 4. Ability to identify training needs of early childhood court professionals and facilitate the provision of training; 5. Ability to perform the tasks that are core components of an early childhood court program.
