The City of Kent, Washington (“City”) is seeking a printing vendor to work with City Parks and Multimedia staff in providing printing services for the Kent Parks Program Guides for 2025 and 2026. \ Scope of Work: The successful vendor would provide services as follows: • PRINTING SERVICES: o Three issues in 2025 (Spring/Summer, Fall, Winter) o Three issues in 2026 (Spring/Summer, Fall, Winter) o 133 LPI output/printing or greater o Paper: 40# Gloss (all – 40# self cover) OR SIMILAR PAPER o Approximately 83,000 copies per issue o 2025 Spring/Summer Issue: 56 Page Program Guide Format trimmed to 8 ¼” x 10 ¾” – bleeds o 2025 Fall Issue: 48 Page Program Guide Format trimmed to 8 1/4x10 ¾ – bleeds o 2025 Winter Issue: 48 Page Program Guide Format trimmed to 8 1/4x10 ¾ – bleeds o 2026 Spring/Summer Issue: 56 Page Program Guide Format trimmed to 8 ¼” x 10 ¾” – bleeds o 2026 Fall Issue: 48 Page Program Guide Format trimmed to 8 1/4x10 ¾ – bleeds o 2026 Winter Issue: 48 Page Program Guide Format trimmed to 8 1/4x10 ¾ – bleeds • PREPRESS SERVICES: o Download and output from customer files and provide mock-up proof of all pages. Provide press calibrated digital color proof on all four-color pages. City to provide native or PDF files, fonts, linked and embedded graphics from Adobe CC InDesign. Vendor is responsible for accurate output of all pages. This includes problems related to slow output, difficulty outputting, incorrect output of graphics, fonts, etc. unless City failed to provide the correct fonts and/or graphic image files prior to output. • BINDERY/DELIVER SERVICE: o Stitch and Trim to 8 ¼”x10 ¾” o Skid pack mail copies, bundle tie customer copies o Prepare top sheets for postal mailing
