Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Remove all existing piping in the “locker room”. The awarded plumber is responsible for the disposal of all materials removed. • Locate fixtures for new wall locations and floor plan as described in the preliminary drawings. • Awarded plumber responsible for field verifying plumbing locations as described in the preliminary drawings. • Core drill all necessary slab penetrations to install new piping and plumbing fixtures to feed both the Men’s and Women’s locker rooms. • Rough-in sanitary sewer, sanitary sewer vents, domestic hot and cold water with the associated hot water recirculation loop using the existing circulation pump. This piping will serve 7 toilets, 2 urinals, 4 sinks, 3 hose bibs, 1 exterior drinking fountain, 8 floor drains(6 existing), and 14 showers. Tempered hot water to feed hot water fixtures. • Provide and install all toilets, sinks, urinals, drinking fountain and trim associated with those fixtures. • Provide low point drains and an outlet to enable compressed air to be introduced for the domestic hot water, hot water circulation, and the cold-water lines in the basement for the winterization process.
