Contractor’s Responsibilities; Will upgrade the current pneumatic system at UWMC Montlake with the below requested equipment, software and services; Provide necessary amount of station upgrades to touch screen panels; Provide easy-to-read displays for at least to seventy four (74) stations; Configurable to meet multiple user preferences throughout UWMC Montlake; and Provide real-time detailed transaction information. Provide upgrades to at least twelve (12) blowers for various tracks; Provide upgrades to at least sixty one (61) diverters/turnaround Units; Will provide project management, design, and engineering assistance for UWMC Montlake staff. Onsite operator training for hospital personnel will be for each department after system installation is completed. Future Integration IT Software Requirements Coordinate with UW Medicine IT Services to install software as applicable onto any hospital network; Provide centralized control system with real-time monitoring, error reporting, and analytics; Include routing logic, prioritization rules, and automated rerouting during failures; Support secure logins, access controls, and audit trails; Must be capable of providing real time employee verification and security for each transaction; Must be capable of tracking carriers in real time; When it was sent; When it arrived; Where it arrived; and Who sent and received; Must be able to add real-time location system for tracking carriers; Must be compatible with existing IT infrastructure; Must be able to integrate with Epic; Provide software services installed on UWMC Montlake provided servers; Provide necessary amount of blower upgrades to any future ethernet requirements for IT integration; Install software framework for routing controls of pneumatic tube; Shall have a web Application or other similar interface for clinical viewing and monitoring of system live; Provide software that will be able to run on multiple platforms including but not limited to; Servers; and Virtual machines...
