Perform work on underground piping, plumbing, and building mechanical systems at King County Solid Waste Division Facilities including but not limited to transfer stations, landfill support facilities, and other properties such as commercial warehouse, office buildings and residential property holdings. The Work involves underground piping systems such as water, sewer and storm drainage lines, pump, fire suppression, HVAC, and other building mechanical systems. Subcontractors may be required to be retained by the Contractor to complete the work; in which case the Contractor will be responsible for management of subcontractor(s). Any electrical, site work and/or hazardous material handling will only be performed as an incidental or ancillary aspect of the mechanical work and only as necessary to accomplish the mechanical work.
