Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phone Services:Provide a complete, fully managed phone solution that eliminates the need for county-owned equipment, service agreements, or maintenance contracts.Must include features such as call forwarding, voicemail, and other standard telephonyservices.Internet Services:1.Connect all county buildings to the main courthouse using 10Gbps Ethernet transport,including Johnson Park and the KM Transfer Station located in Grays River, WA.2.Guarantee a minimum internet speed of 1 GB across all connected locations.3.Internet service must include at a minimum 2 geo diverse paths for redundancy toensure consistent, reliable service, and continuity of service. General Requirements:1.Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including those specific to data privacy and cybersecurity.2.Provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlining uptime guarantees and incident resolution timeframes, including an onsite response time of one hour or less for criticalissues.3.Include training and customer support services for county personnel.
