Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase II Telework Bellevue Project. It is envisioned that the services will include:o Conduct one or more informational workshops for employerso Consult one-on-one with employers to assist with development of telework programs. Assistance mayinclude internal policy development, suitability assessment of positions and individual workers,technical and security requirements and recommendations for implementation and maintenance ofthe telework program. The assistance may encompass direct provision of services as well asprovision of tools that allow employers to develop programs on their own.The City will support the program with mailings to identify prospective employer participants and promote theprogram through existing transportation demand management employer outreach mechanisms. Consultantservice may also involve recruitment of companies with five or more employees with worksites in Bellevue,Washington to participate in the telework program.
