The PORT is seeking proposals from qualified PBMs to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical management services for its employees. The selected firm must ensure transparency, simplicity, and cost-effective solutions while maintaining the current plan features and level of coverage. Key services include claims adjudication, formulary and network pharmacy management, rebate contracting, drug utilization review, clinical management programs, and specialty drug pharmacy oversight. Prospective proposers must service, at minimum, five unique public sector clients, and hold greater than 250,000 lives, in aggregate, across their entire employer book of business. All prospective proposers are required, at a minimum, to duplicate the plan features and level of coverage presently offered to the PORT covered participant population.
