Specifications include, but are not limited to: Central Washington University implemented PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and Financials in 2000, Student Administration in 2004, Interactive Hub in 2014 and Enterprise Learning Management was implemented in 2022. These systems have been maintained in an on‐premise data center. As is common with many higher‐education People Soft systems, the three major products have a multitude of integrations, customizations, bolt‐on packages and other modifications implemented over the years. Central Washington University is seeking proposals from qualified service provider to migrate CWU’s PeopleSoft ERP applications to a cloud‐hosted environment and provide managed services for both the infrastructure and applications. The ideal partner will have experience migrating and managing Oracle PeopleSoft applications in a cloud hosted environment. The partner will assist CWU with the completion of the cloud assessment and the configuration of the cloud architecture. The partner will also have extensive PeopleSoft application and development/upgrade experience as well as extensive technical and functional expertise of the PeopleSoft applications, modules and infrastructure.
