1. Provide quality mineral or non-mineral based biodegradable solvents for City-owned tanks, as required. No vendor may supply any solvent, virgin or recycled, that as a waste (prior to use under this contract), would designate as an "Extremely Hazardous Waste" (EHW) under Washington State regulation WAC 173-303. Vendors must supply documentation upon request to prove their solvent would not be considered an EHW. 2. Equipment servicing on regularly scheduled visits to include refilling tanks with solvent and changing the filters. Note: Service schedules may be adjusted to meet changing needs. 3. Meet all federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations governing the full range of services provided for in this bid. 4. Provide all material safety data sheets for the products provided when requested. 5. Maintain a written audit trail that proves all aspects of its handling of City-generated waste products resulting from this bid. In addition, supply detailed description of how waste products are managed.
