Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Contractor must: Parking lot sweeping services: Broom clean all exterior horizontal surface paved with concrete or asphalt including but not limited to: entrance plazas, roadways, surface parking, all levels of the parking garage, and the loading dock. Contractor shall use an electric blower, shovel or hand broom to clean areas not accessible by truck mounted equipment. Use a truck mounted regenerative air type vacuum sweeper, with a curb broom and dust control of a size that will clear the 7’-0” ceiling height of the parking structure. Dispose of all material off site at a facility approved to receive this type of material. Broom cleaning shall be performed twice (2) each month. Parking garage scrubbing: In addition to broom cleaning, provide parking garage scrubbing and degreasing one (1) time each month. The parking garage shall be machine scrubbed with equipment that uses water, brushes and biodegradable cleaners. Contractor shall use equipment similar to a Tenant 8410, American Lincoln 7765, Advanced Captor 5400, or other similar scrubber – sweeper type of equipment of a size that will clear the 7’- 0” ceiling height of the parking structure
