Specifications include, but are not limited to: A qualified consultant to provide professional services for the re-design of the Civic Center 2nd floor entry located at 152 West Cedar Street, Sequim, WA 98382. Working closely with City Staff, the consultant will develop a design for the identification of needed facilities, upgrade of existing facilities and addition of new facilities, within the existing space for 2nd floor entry, and a budget level cost estimate for the resulting plan. The re-design is expected to provide physical barriers and security between City Staff and the public while still allowing positive interaction. Workstations are needed to accommodate customer service staff and projected future staff. Construction of office space in lieu of some existing cubicles is preferred. The re-design is expected to provide access control preventing guests from unauthorized access to the main workspace and additional protection and separation between the public and employees.
