Determine the optimal deployment of existing resources and the resources needed for optimal levels of service; 4. Review best practices in other cities and law enforcement agencies. Scope OF SERVICES: Task 1 – Trends: 1. Conduct an historical review of Community Generated Calls for Service (CGCFS) as compared to population). 2. Review PD staffing (both sworn and professional staff) as compared to population for the same period. 3.
