Specifications include, but are not limited to: Change Management; Change management includes consulting services associated with designing, planning, implementing & evaluating holistic change efforts within an organization which addresses the organization's core, functional & human systems and their respective connections. Consultants selected shall demonstrate experience in each of the following: Core systems change & development includes the basic purpose and functions of an organization, such as vision, mission, values, policies, management philosophy, organizational structure, organizational culture, etc. Functional systems change & development - these are the sub-systems necessary for an organization to function effectively & efficiently, such as information management systems, technology, financial systems, etc.
