Areas of compliance-based learning include safety (examples: bloodborne pathogens, fire extinguishers, ladder, etc.) and employment laws (examples: accommodations, harassment prevention). The proposed solution must: • Integrate with Workday Learning • Ability to connect and take the training directly from Workday • Tracking of progress in Workday • Update completion status • Dedicated and responsive customer support available to any system user • Data Centers: o Data centers, backup locations, and disaster recovery sites must be located in the continental United States. o Primary data center and secondary (or backup) location must be more than 250 miles apart, providing geographic redundancy. • System Availability: Vendor service availability for a calendar month must be 99.8%, except for scheduled maintenance which may not exceed 4 hours per month.
