Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Financial Management (OFM) or AGENCY is intending to contract for an Executive Program Director, for the One Washington Program: The Executive Program Director will lead the One Washington project team in the execution of all project related requirements to successfully implement Workday as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for Washington State’s core administrative functions and will report to the One Washington Executive Sponsor. The incumbent will work closely with the Deputy Program Director and assist with oversight of the following positions and associated workstreams: Chief Technology Officer, Business Transformation Director, Agency Readiness Director, Deputy Program Director, and Project Management Office Director. This position is part of the One Washington Leadership Team and will work hand in hand with the following to ensure project and program success: Executive Sponsor, Chief of Staff, OFM Legislative Liaison, and One Washington Communications Director; Contractor will be responsible but not limited to providing the following services as the Executive Program Director: Provide expert guidance to the Deputy Program Director, and the One Washington leadership team. Provide Workday implementation advice and guidance to the Executive Sponsor, and as directed by the Executive Sponsor to the Executive Steering Committee, and Office of Financial Management leadership. Engage regularly with WaTech and Office of the Chief Information Officer, independent Quality Assurance, oversight organizations, the Washington State Legislature staff and members, the Executive Steering Committee, Technology Services Board, and various governance and leadership groups to accurately advise on One Washington strategic direction. Provide expert guidance on the OFM ERP implementation that affects 120 state agencies, boards, commissions, and universities impacted by One Washington. Provide guidance and assessments on project processes; offer suggestions and areas for improvement to ensure customer feedback is always considered for continuous improvement and meeting project goals and objectives.
