1. Seating Bowl Areas • Thorough cleaning of all spectator seating, including: o Tops, bottoms, backs, and armrests of all seats o Seat brackets and hardware connecting seats to structural elements o Underside of seating platforms and substructures • Scrubbing of flooring and risers beneath all seats, including removal of embedded dirt and sticky residue • Removal of gum and other adhesives from all surfaces within the seating area 2. Concourse Areas • Machine scrubbing and/or pressure washing of floors as appropriate to flooring type • Spot cleaning and wiping down of all walls and vertical surfaces • Removal of scuff marks, spills, and buildup • Cleaning of ticketing counters, concession fronts, and railing systems • Gum and sticker removal throughout all common areas • Polishing of stainless-steel fixtures, including railings, bollards, doors, and panels 3. Restrooms • Full sanitation and deep cleaning of all restroom facilities including: o Toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, floors, partitions, and dispensers • High-dusting and wall cleaning • Descaling of fixtures where necessary • Polishing of stainless steel and chrome elements 4. Locker Rooms & Artist Dressing Rooms • Deep cleaning of floors, walls, lockers, benches, and all horizontal surfaces • Disinfection of high-touch areas • Bathroom cleaning per above restroom standards • Inspection and reporting of any visible maintenance or hygiene concerns 5. Elevators & Interior Vertical Transportation • Interior and exterior polishing of elevator doors and stainless-steel panels • Cleaning of elevator walls, floors, ceilings, and control panels • Track and threshold cleaning • Mirror and glass polishing
