Warranty and delivery information shall be provided with the bid proposal. Any Manufacturer’s name and model called out in this bid is intended to set the quality and design of equipment desired and is not meant to limit bidding on products of equal quality. Any exceptions to or deviations from the specifications set forth in the bid must be clearly described in the bidder’s proposal.
