JTA is seeking qualified consultants for the disciplines listed below to provide services on an as-needed basis for a period of 3 years with the option to extend 2 additional years based on performance. • Traffic Engineering Services • Site Survey Services At minimum the scope of work will include the Haines Place Transit Center (HPTC) Redesign Project. HPTC opened in 1995 in a FEMA floodplain and serves as JTA’s main hub. The site features a bus loop, shelters, customer service building, public restrooms, and a 350-space park-and-ride. The Request for Qualifications is intended to help JTA select a qualified and experienced consultant. Request of Qualifications will be received by Jefferson Transit Authority, via email ONLY to the contact person above, no later than the date and time indicated above. For each discipline the scope of work generally includes: 1. Survey; a. Scope of work includes coordination with the design team, topological survey, boundary survey, and other surveys as requested. 2. Traffic Engineering; a. Scope of work includes data collection, existing conditions analysis, future conditions and impact analysis, recommendations, coordination with design team, and production of requested deliverables.
