Specifications include, but are not limited to: L&I seeks consulting services to assist an experienced executive team with change management,leadership, and organizational development. The purpose of the contract is to obtain consultationand advice in the early and middle stages of a large scale operational improvement projectaffecting a 1,000 member workforce in a division. The executive team has completed research,assessments, and analysis involved appropriate managers, supervisors, and employees indeveloping a comprehensive operational improvement plan for its workers compensation claimsand medical management programs. The executive team needs assistance with leading andmanaging the human side of change in order to foster widespread engagement in, and adoption of,operational process improvements with more efficient and customer-oriented ways of doing work.
