This contract provides for the improvement of *** 0.78 miles of Railroad Avenue in north Pasco, from the north end of the recently completed roadway improvements to approximately 200 linear feet past its intersection with Selph Landing Road. Work will include traffic control, clearing and grubbing, asphalt pavement removal, roadway excavation and embankment construction, crushed aggregates base and top course, and hot mix asphalt. Other work includes culvert pipe installation, illumination system, pavement markings, rumble strips, . This project will widen the North Railroad Avenue for approximately 0.78 miles. Currently, N Railroad Ave has a 22- foot paved width, which will be widen and overlayed. The widened section will consist of two 12-foot lanes and 5-foot shoulder for a total paved width of 34-feet.
